Held on the promenade of the property right at the heart of the development, this exclusive event was the celebration of the launch of the project in an ultimate coastal chic atmosphere.

The privileged guests had a unique opportunity to experience the seaside sophistication of 30 Esplanade. The luxurious experience started from the entrance of the residences with premium valet service and iconic Porsches parked in the open garages.

While a Django Reinhardt style Gypsy Jazz ensemble was playing in the background, guests were served some exquisite canapes. A beautifully styled champagne and oyster bar was the final touch to the sumptuous bar.

Strategically the display townhouse had been reserved for private tours to immerse the guests into the relaxed coastal living and refined elegance that can be experienced at 30 Esplanade.
